Saravanan R has a strong background in human resources, with experience working in various managerial roles. Saravanan is currently employed as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Sify Technologies Limited. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Manager and Manager of Human Resources at the same company. Before joining Sify Technologies Limited, Saravanan R was the Senior Manager of Operations at Allsec Technologies Limited. Saravanan also held the position of Senior Manager at Talent Maximus India Pvt Ltd and worked as an Executive in HR at Burgeon Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd.

Saravanan R pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Dr.Navalar Nedunchezhiyan College of Engineering from 1999 to 2003. Following this, from 2004 to 2007, they obtained a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Development from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
