Kaustav Modak has extensive experience in IT systems and infrastructure management, currently serving as Deputy Manager - Systems for Sify Technologies Limited since April 2012, focusing on the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited Data Center. Prior to this role, Kaustav held positions including Senior Engineer overseeing IT infrastructure and mentoring teams in Sikkim's Tier 2 Data Center at Sify, and Principal Associate and lead analyst-system at ICRA ONLINE LIMITED, where responsibilities included system and network administration. Earlier career experiences include managing the first E-Governance Project for the Ministry of Affairs at CMC Limited and IT infrastructure for TATA Chemicals Ltd at PCS Technology Limited. Kaustav began professional development at Xenitis Techno Lab Pvt. Limited as a Technical Support Associate and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from Dr. B.C. Roy Engineering College, Durgapur.
