Matthieu Roques began their work experience in 2019 as a Labelling Manager at Navee, where they labeled images to train artificial intelligence algorithms. In 2020, they worked as a Project Engineer at Eurofins Environnement France, focusing on improving productivity in an asbestos testing laboratory. From 2018 to 2020, they served as a Logistics Manager at Symposium CentraleSupélec, organizing conferences with various personalities. In 2021, they joined Pyxo as a Continuous Improvement Manager and later became a Process Engineer, working on improving the supply chain and implementing operational solutions for reusable food packaging. Currently, they work as a Solutions Engineer at Sifflet.

Matthieu Roques began their education journey in 2013 at Lycée Sainte-Thérèse, where they completed their Baccalauréat Scientifique in 2016. Afterwards, from 2016 to 2018, they attended Lycée Chaptal, where they pursued Classes Préparatoires in Engineering Physics. In 2018, Matthieu enrolled in CentraleSupélec and pursued a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Supply Chain and Operations Management, which they completed in 2022. In 2020, they briefly attended The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, focusing on Environmental and Environmental Health Engineering.
