Jonathan Allen has over seven years of experience in engineering, currently serving as Project Engineering Manager at SIFCO Industries, Inc. since June 2016. In this role, Jonathan oversees New Product Introduction (NPI), manages engineering personnel, and coordinates strategic direction within the department. Responsibilities include performance assessments, project management for high-profile customer projects, and the development of quality procedures. Previous positions at SIFCO included Development Engineer and participation in an Engineering Development Program, where Jonathan managed cross-departmental teams, optimized production processes, and achieved significant reductions in product scrap rates. Early career experiences include internships at Bombardier Transportation and an engineering co-op at PCC Airfoils, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
