Hailey Rainey is an accomplished designer and real estate advisor with a diverse background in design and marketing. Currently serving as a Designer at Sierra Space since October 2022 and simultaneously working as a Real Estate Advisor at ONE Sotheby's International Realty, Hailey also founded Raie Designs in June 2020. Previous experience includes roles as a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Designer at Ellingson Properties, a Promotional Specialist for the USC Chapter at Young America's Foundation, and a Designer at Roski Mag and LavaLab. Hailey’s early career involved a Design Internship at Applied Minds and web design responsibilities for Ellingson Properties. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Design Management and Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Design from the University of Southern California, complemented by a minor in Innovation: The Digital Entrepreneur.
