Allison Hale is an experienced systems engineer currently serving as System Engineer III at Sierra Space since March 2022. In addition to this role, Allison has been the Head of Operations at Full Body Sound since December 2016, contributing to the development of innovative wearable audio and tactile devices. Previous experience includes an operations position at Campfire Labs, a geological role as a Geologist/Soils Analyst at GeoTek, Inc., and a graduate research assistantship at Colorado School of Mines, where research focused on Carbonate Geology. Allison also gained valuable insights as a geology intern at QEP Resources and as a laboratory technician at Dolan Integration Group. Allison holds a Master of Science in Carbonate Geology from Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
