Lauren Pelfrey possesses over ten years of mortgage lending experience, currently serving as a Sales Manager at Sierra Pacific Mortgage Company, Inc. since June 2018. Lauren previously held the position of Senior Loan Officer at MB Financial Bank from December 2017 to June 2018 and worked as a Loan Officer at Busey from October 2010 to December 2016, where recognition as one of the top ten performing loan officers in Kansas was achieved despite being the youngest loan officer there. Lauren's career began at Equity Bank, serving as a Loan Officer from May 2007 to October 2010. Educationally, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix.
