Swaraj Ram currently serves as Assistant Manager of HR & Admin at SIERRA ODC Private Limited in India since March 2020, following a role as Senior Executive in Human Resources. Prior to this, Swaraj Ram worked at Sankara Eye Foundation from September 2010 to January 2020, holding positions as Operations Manager and Human Resources Executive. Swaraj Ram holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Applications from ER & DCI Institute of Technology, earned between 2006 and 2009.
