Paula Flores possesses extensive experience in the healthcare and mental health fields, currently serving as a Certified Instrument Tech in the Sterilization Department at Sierra Medical Center since November 2016. Concurrently, since November 2004, Paula has worked with Emergence Health Network, contributing as a Community Liaison and QMHP/CWII, where responsibilities include administrative and clinical program oversight, compliance monitoring, and staff supervision. Previously, Paula held roles at El Paso MHMR and Life Management Center, focusing on case management, service coordination, and job development for individuals with mental health needs. Paula holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology from Park University and an Associate’s Degree in Surgical Technology from El Paso Community College, complemented by a diploma in Airline Ticketing/Travel and Tourism from the International Aviation and Travel Academy.
