Sagar Gawali's work experience includes a role as an Assembly Engineer at Sierra Circuits from September 2016 onwards. In this role, they gained 8 years of experience in fast and high volume SMT automated production lines. Sagar'sresponsibilities included programming for solder paste inspection machines, optimizing and balancing the SMT machine program for improved cycle time, and implementing techniques such as kaizen, 5S, and poka yoke systems. Prior to joining Sierra Circuits, Sagar worked as an Smt engineering at Nainko Exim Private Limited in Ranjangaon, Pune from August 2015 to August 2016.
