Holly Lufkin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the credit union sector. Currently serving as the Vice President of Learning and Development at Sierra Central Credit Union since September 2024, Holly has previously held multiple leadership roles at First Tech Federal Credit Union, including Senior Training Manager and various managerial positions focused on sales and service. Holly's career began at Chase as an Assistant Branch Manager, AVP, and continued at PremierOne Credit Union as Branch Manager II. Holly holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Arizona Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Capella University.
