Fritz Laurenceau is an experienced project manager currently serving at Sierra-Cedar since May 2022. Previously, Fritz held various roles at Miami Dade College from May 1997 to May 2022, including PMO Director of the IT Project Management Office, where responsibilities included project management for the System and Infrastructure group and oversight of the PMO. Fritz led the implementation of the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management system and managed a team that successfully migrated an in-house ERP system, resulting in significant cost savings. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Mathematics from St. John's University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
