Mike Termechi is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Senior Quality System Engineer at Sierra Aluminum since February 2023, Mike previously held key roles such as Quality & EHS Manager at Rahn Industries, Inc., and Quality Assurance Supervisor at Phillips-Medisize. Mike's expertise encompasses the establishment of robust Quality Management Systems compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D standards, alongside a solid background in leadership positions at Cadence Aerospace, Avcorp Composite Fabrication, and CIRCOR Aerospace. Mike holds a B.S. in Engineering Technology specializing in Aircraft Maintenance from Northrop University and an A.S. in Pre-Engineering from Queensborough Community College of CUNY.
