Jim Persico is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio risk management and underwriting across various companies, including Siena Lending Group LLC and GE Capital. Currently serving as Managing Director of Portfolio Risk and Management at Siena Lending Group LLC, Jim actively participates in the Credit Committee and oversees Tough Workouts and Special Projects while mentoring account managers. Previously, Jim held senior leadership positions at GE Capital, managing significant debt and equity exposure and spearheading risk assessment initiatives. A CPA and founding member of the Western Connecticut Federal Credit Union, Jim has cultivated deep expertise in leverage lending and credit risk management throughout a career that spans multiple financial cycles.
