Claudia Holub is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in factory automation, robotics, and process technology development, currently serving as the Head of Process Engineering at Siemens since December 2012. Prior roles at Siemens include Head of Test Engineering, Team Lead R&D, and Hardware Project Lead, all within the Motion Control sector, focusing on PCB layout, product introduction, and power electronics. Claudia's earlier experience from October 2006 to April 2012 involved roles as Project Lead and Hardware Project Lead in industrial communication, contributing to the development of modular industrial gigabit switches and PLC communication processors. Claudia holds a Dipl.-Ing. (DH) in Elektrotechnik/Automatisierungstechnik from DH Karlsruhe, obtained in 2006.
