Dr. Thilo Breitsprecher started their work experience as an Intern at Leistritz Pump Technology in October 2006. Dr. Thilo then joined the Chair of Engineering Design in February 2010 as a Member of Scientific Staff and later became a Research Associate from October 2012 to September 2015. In February 2013, they started working as a Doctoral Student at the same chair and continued until October 2018. After that, Dr. Breitsprecher joined Siemens Logistics as a System Engineer in September 2016.
Dr. Thilo Breitsprecher obtained their Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Dr. Thilo completed this degree from 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Diplom (equivalent to a master's degree) in Mechanical Engineering (Maschinenbau) from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg. Dr. Thilo pursued this degree from 2004 to 2010. Additionally, Dr. Breitsprecher engaged in further academic pursuits by attending the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2008 to 2009, focusing on Risk Assessment. Dr. Thilo has obtained the necessary certifications for their degrees from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg and FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.
