Víctor Lucas Segura is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in offensive security, including penetration testing and red team activities. Currently serving as the Head of Assessment Services & Red Team at Siemens Healthineers since March 2020, Víctor also oversees Operational Technology (OT) Security. Prior roles at Siemens included Information Security Officer, focusing on SAP system landscapes and cybersecurity compliance, and IT Security Auditor with expertise in ethical hacking. Before Siemens, Víctor held consulting positions at PwC and Deloitte, specializing in security assessments, ethical hacking, and compliance. An early career as an intern researcher at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid involved data mining and network traffic analysis, complemented by academic achievements in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from the same institution.
