Tad Steinberg is an accomplished professional in aerospace and energy sectors, currently serving as the Additive Manufacturing Business Development/Sales Manager for Siemens Energy since August 2018. Previously, Tad held significant roles at Siemens as Head of Power Generation Proposals, managing proposal teams for aero-derivative gas turbines, and at Rolls-Royce as Head of Project Lead Engineering, directing project engineers in delivering projects with substantial revenues. Tad's experience also includes leading systems test engineering at Eaton Aerospace for various military and commercial aircraft, and serving as Hydraulics Test Systems Lead Engineer at Avtron Aerospace. Tad began a career in the United States Air Force, specializing in hydraulic systems, and holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Illinois University.
