Juha Pankakoski serves as Executive Vice President of Global Functions at Siemens Energy since September 2024 and has been a Board Member at Distence Ltd since April 2018. Pankakoski previously held multiple leadership positions at Konecranes, including Executive Vice President, and Chief Digital Officer and CIO, where responsibilities encompassed corporate digitalization strategy and IT/OT operations. Prior roles include Board Member positions at Kauko Oy, FIMECC Oy, and Genera Oy, and Vice President of Supply Chain Management at Tellabs Inc. Pankakoski began a career in high-tech manufacturing and operations management at companies such as Philips Medical Systems and FujitsuICL Computers. Pankakoski holds an eMBA from Aalto University and a Master's degree in Industrial Economy and Computer Science from Teknillinen korkeakoulu.
