Shawn Nettles currently serves as the Sr. Director of Business Development at Siegfried Holding AG, a position held since May 2023. Previously, Shawn was the Global Key Account and Procurement Manager at Covestro from August 2018 to May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing at DavosPharma, focusing on contract development and manufacturing services, and various roles at BASF, including Procurement Manager for Functional Raw Materials and Business Development Manager for Custom Synthesis and Inorganics. Early career experience includes technology transfer roles at the National Technology Transfer Center and the West Virginia High Technology Foundation, as well as R&D work at Callery Chemical Company. Shawn holds an M.S. in Chemistry from West Virginia University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Wheeling University.
