Kayli Knipfer is an accomplished professional with experience in operational excellence and process improvement. Currently serving as Operational Excellence Lead at Siegfried since May 2023, Kayli focuses on enhancing site performance through process improvements and cost savings initiatives. Prior to this role, Kayli worked as a Process Engineer at PJW Restaurant Group and held positions as a Server at RITE AID and Pharmacy Technician at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. Kayli began professional development as a Sales Associate at American Eagle Outfitters. Kayli earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rowan University in May 2023.
