Randall D. (Randy) Stilley is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the offshore drilling and energy services sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Cavu Offshore since June 2023, Stilley also holds the position of CEO at eFrac Well Services and Principal at Castalia Partners Limited / BlueGreen Wind, Inc. Stilley's prior roles include Managing Partner at Beacon RMS, Co-Founder and Co-CEO at Beacon Global Technologies, President and CEO at Paragon Offshore, and leadership positions at SEH Offshore Ventures LLC, ThruBit, LLC, and Seahawk Drilling, Inc. Randall D. (Randy) has a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completed between 1972 and 1976.
