Luke Strauss is currently a Content Marketing Specialist at Siege Media. Prior to that, they were a Recruitment Coordinator at Pepperdine Ambassadors Council from August 2020 to May 2021. In that role, they collaborated with senior university administrators to identify community needs and facilitate problem-solving. Luke also identified and connected with 10+ promising student leaders dedicated to service and professional development. Luke also helped strengthen the link between Pepperdine and the Malibu community to foster beneficial relationships. Finally, they developed ways to bridge the communication gap between students and administration through weekly meetings.

Previously, Strauss was a Sales And Marketing Intern at Castle Aura Enterprise from May 2019 to July 2019. In that role, they generated approximately $15,000 in revenue for the company in 2.5 months by building face-to-face relationships with customers and promoting product features and benefits. Luke also responded to customer concerns through frequent phone calls/emails to ensure continual customer satisfaction. Luke was ranked sixth in sales out of 42 employees during their time with the company. Luke was then promoted to Corporate Trainer & Leader, where they trained and led new employees to develop adept, productive staff members. Luke also participated in ongoing training and business meetings to remain up to date on company strategy. Finally, they attended the June 2019 Southern California Regional Leaders Meeting to learn office leadership and management tactics.

Luke Strauss achieved a Bachelor of Arts from Pepperdine University in International Management Studies. Luke also holds a High School Diploma from Christian High School. In addition, they have various certifications from LinkedIn in HTML Essential Training, Introduction to CSS, Excel 2019 Essential Training, Figma for UX Design, Java 11+ Essential Training, Learning Java, and SEO Foundations. Finally, they have a MixPRO Participant Certification from StratX Simulations.
