Ahmad Ismail started their career as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in June 2012 and worked there until April 2015. Ahmad then joined SMBC Nikko Securities America, Inc. in April 2015 as a Vice President, Investment Grade Syndicate and worked there until August 2020. Currently, they are working as a Managing Director at Siebert Williams Shank starting from November 2022.

Ahmad Ismail earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Wesleyan University in 2012. In 2022, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School.
