Ahmed Abdel-Zaher Khalifa, CM, CMRP, CAMA, CRL, has extensive experience in maintenance planning and control within the petrochemical industry, currently serving as the Maintenance Planning and Control Sector Manager at Sidi-Kerir Petrochemicals Co. (SIDPEC) since July 1998. Khalifa has progressed through various roles, including Maintenance Planning Department Head and Maintenance Planning Section Head, where responsibilities have included overseeing maintenance planning functions, implementing maintenance management systems, and ensuring reliability targets are met. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Engineer for a significant British Petroleum polyethylene project in Egypt and as an Operation and Maintenance Shift Engineer at GUPCO. Khalifa holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering from Alexandria University.
