Adedolapo Olaiya is a Software Developer at Sidmach Technologies Nigeria Limited since February 2021, where notable achievements include presenting software solutions to clients and training corp members and IT students in software development. Previously, Adedolapo served as an Information Communication Technology Trainer with the Ministry of Youth Empowerment and Creative Economy from December 2019 to October 2020, contributing to the SMARTJOBS project aimed at enhancing youth employability through training in database management software. An internship with HNG from August to November 2019 provided valuable mentorship and insights into best programming practices and business models. Adedolapo holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Benin, completed in 2018.
