Ines Siney has a diverse work experience, starting as the Directeur de Mission at Sidetrade from 2003 to 2007. Ines then moved on to Europcar as Responsable D\u00e9partement Clients from 2007 to 2010. In the following years, they worked at GE as Responsable de Groupe and at CARGLASS as Directeur Credit Client. Ines then transitioned to VALTUS as a Credit Manager in 2015 before returning to Sidetrade as Responsable Avant vente France and eventually becoming the Head of Customer Success in 2017.
Ines Siney completed a DES degree in Finances at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers from 1985 to 1989. Additionally, in 2002, they obtained a Green Belt Six Sigma certification. More recently, in January 2022, they achieved the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER.
