Roni Lotem is an experienced professional in business development and project management, currently serving as Business Development Team Lead at Sidelines Group since November 2020, after holding roles as Senior Business Development Manager and Business Development Manager. At Sidelines Group, Roni manages relationships with partners across various domains including commercial, legal, financial, and marketing, while supporting internal departments with business service needs. Prior experience includes managing urban regeneration projects as a Project Manager at Aura Israel, and completing a legal internship at Amit, Pollak, Matalon & Co. Roni served as a Combat Instructor in the Israel Defence Forces, further demonstrating leadership and training capabilities. Roni holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Law (LL.B) and Business Administration (B.A) from Reichman University.
