Thomas de Galard is an experienced HR professional with a focus on learning and development, currently serving as HR Manager at Sidel since May 2020. Previously, Thomas held various HR roles at Group Indigo from September 2013 to January 2020, including HR Manager for the Northern and Eastern regions, overseeing 220 employees and implementing regional HR strategies. Thomas played a key role in establishing HR practices for the Streeteo subsidiary, managing high-volume recruitment and training across 15 cities. Initial HR experience includes positions at Sodexo, La Compagnie des Fromages & RichesMonts, and Stanton Wallace. Thomas holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Engineering from ESSCA and a Master's in Corporate Law with a specialization in Labor Relations from Université de Tours.
