Mihai Caragea is a skilled professional with extensive experience in process management and engineering, currently serving as a Process Driver at Sidel since December 2017. Mihai has held multiple management roles, including Excellence in Execution Manager and Planning Manager for the AMEA region, where responsibilities involved process redesign, productivity improvements, and team management. Prior to Sidel, Mihai was an Installation Site Manager at CARMISA TEHNIC and held significant positions at Tulcea Gaz SA, including Head of the Exploitation Department. Mihai began their career as an Engineer at SC Alum SA. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Management and Quality Assurance and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Dunarea de Jos University in Galati.
