Deepak Kumar has a wealth of experience in human resources, with a focus on supply chain operations. Deepak started their career at Tata Motors, where they were responsible for setting up a new HR system and processes for a car plant. Deepak then joined Tetra Pak, where they held various roles including Director of Human Resources for South Asia Markets and Vice President of HR for Supply Chain Operations. In these roles, they oversaw talent management, recruitment, and strategic planning for multiple markets. Most recently, Deepak has been working as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources for the Sidel Group.
Deepak Kumar received an MBA in Human Resource from XLRI Jamshedpur, completing their studies from 1995 to 1997.
