Matthew Van Allen is a Customer Support Specialist at SIDEARM Sports since April 2021, bringing experience in customer service and operations within the sports industry. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Baseball Operations Intern with the Auburn Doubledays from May 2019 to September 2019, where responsibilities included communication between the front office and team personnel, coordination of transportation, ticket sales, and supporting event operations. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management from SUNY Brockport and is certified as a MilB Stringer, with training in Daktronics DakStats.
