Jaqueline Martinez is an accomplished professional in operational excellence and quality management with a robust career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Operational Excellence Manager at SICPA since December 2017, Jaqueline has also held key leadership roles such as LATAM Operational Excellence Team Leader and Operational Excellence Team Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing customer service centers and implementing quality management systems. Jaqueline's expertise extends to previous positions at Doncasters Group Limited as an External Consultant and Telefónica as a Customer Experience and Process Engineer. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad San Francisco de Quito and an MBA with a specialization in quality management from Sheffield University Management School.
