Gentjan Hoxha is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Operation Manager at SICPA since October 2011, responsibilities include preparation of sales plans and oversight of replenishment processes. Previously, Gentjan managed product categories as a Buyer/Category Manager at Praktiker from January 2008 to June 2011, negotiating supplier contracts for 20 product groups. At British American Tobacco, from October 2003 to December 2007, coordination within the European Supply Chain was key, focusing on sales, orders, and production for the Albania cluster. Gentjan began a career in logistics as a Logistic Manager at Catholic Relief Services, where project implementation during the Kosovo Crisis was a significant role. Gentjan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from the University of Tirana.
