Ralph Romano possesses extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a cheesemonger at Sickles Market since March 2023. Prior to this role, Ralph held various executive chef positions, including at Plainfield Country Club during preparation for a new clubhouse opening from February 2016 to September 2020, and at Galloping Hill Golf Course with a focus on a Tuscan-style villa and catering for large events from January 2013 to February 2016. Ralph also contributed to the successful opening of The Barclays Center as executive chef from December 2011 to February 2013, overseeing a large team, and held executive chef roles at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company from July 2010 to December 2011, and Marriott International from March 1998 to December 2011. Ralph's culinary journey began as a sous chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from March 1989 to 2000, complemented by a solid educational foundation from the International Culinary Center in 1998.
