Maureen Lovett currently serves as the Associate Director of the Haskins Global Literacy Hub at Haskins Laboratories, Inc. since July 2020. With a long-standing academic career at the University of Toronto spanning from 1980 to the present, Maureen Lovett holds the position of Professor Emerita of Paediatrics and has also served as a Professor of Pediatrics. In addition, Maureen Lovett has been affiliated with The Hospital For Sick Children since 1979, where roles include Director of the Learning Disabilities Research Program and Senior Scientist in Neurosciences & Mental Health. Maureen Lovett earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology from McGill University and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree from the University of Toronto.
