João Pedro Mendonça began their work experience in 2008 at CGD, where they worked as a Comercial from September 2008 to June 2009. In 2010, they joined PKF as a Consultant and stayed there until September 2011. From December 2011 to September 2014, João worked as a Network Operations Manager at SIBS. João Pedro then moved on to become a Team Leader at SIBS from October 2014 until February 2021. Currently, João Pedro Mendonça holds the position of Manager at the Operations & Client Service Division at SIBS, specializing in eCommerce, MB WAY, and MB NET.

João Pedro Mendonça's education history includes a degree in Economics from Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa. João Pedro also achieved a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.

In addition to their formal education, João Pedro Mendonça has obtained several certifications. João Pedro completed the "Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce" program offered by Google in January 2023. In June 2022, they completed the "Liderança Orientada para Resultados" program at Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
