Catarina Chaves began their work experience in 2015 as a Trainee at Barclays. Catarina then moved on to Banco Popular in 2016 and 2017, where they also held the position of Trainee. In 2018, they joined Primark as a Retail Assistant, a role they held until March 2021. Currently, they are working at SIBS as a Customer Support representative, starting in March 2021.

Catarina Chaves attended ISCSP - Instituto Superior de Ciências Sociais e Políticas from 2017 to 2020. During this time, they pursued a degree in "Gestão de Recursos Humanos" and completed their third year of studies. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, Catarina studied at Instituto de Formação Bancária, where they focused on "Técnicas e Operações Bancárias" without completing a specific degree.
