Mental Wellness Coach at Sibly

Videesha Bordoloi has a diverse range of work experience in the field of mental health and research. Videesha has worked as a Mental Wellness Coach at Sibly, where they utilized cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing to assist clients with managing their mental health concerns. Additionally, they composed detailed reports and collaborated with team members to monitor client needs.

At Teachers College, Columbia University, they served as a Volunteer Research Assistant, transcribing data and collaborating with the research team to identify patterns and themes. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Mental Health from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, from 2013 to 2015. Videesha'sundergraduate education was at Delhi University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Bordoloi has also acquired several certifications. Videesha received training in "Counseling on Access to Lethal Means" from the Zero Suicide Institute in September 2022.
