James Dillus is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in managing procurement processes for large-scale projects across various sectors. Currently serving as Procurement Manager at SIBCA since May 2021, James previously led procurement efforts as Head Of Procurement at Galaxy Advanced General Contracting LLC. from July 2015 to April 2021, overseeing multiple mega projects including resorts and hospitals. Prior to that, James worked as Procurement Manager at Fibrex Construction Group, successfully managing significant projects in Abu Dhabi, such as the Al Reef Villas.
