Phillemon Khoanyane is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in electrical and electronics engineering. Since joining Sibanye-Stillwater in 2017, Phillemon has held various positions, including Unit Manager Engineering and acting supervisory roles across multiple shafts. Prior to this, Phillemon served as an Underground Electrician at Kloof Gold Mine, gaining substantial hands-on experience. Academic qualifications include a B-Tech in Electrical Engineering from Central University of Technology, a Trade Test in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sibanye Gold Academy, and GCC subjects in Mechanical Engineering from Vaal University of Technology, complemented by a National Certificate in Electrical Engineering from Hill Side View Technical College.
