Rasa Sutkaitė has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rasa started their career at Statistics Lithuania as a Senior Specialist in December 2012, where they worked until August 2014. Rasa then joined Transcom as a Support Team Manager from September 2014 to January 2016. After that, Rasa worked at Medicinos bankas as a Risk Analyst from April 2016 to March 2020. Currently, they are employed as a Financial Analyst at Šiaulių Bankas starting from March 2020.

Rasa Sutkaitė obtained their Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas in 1999-2003. Rasa later pursued a Master's degree in Applied Mathematics at the same university from 2003-2005. In terms of additional certifications, they received training in Big data (data analytics) from Vilnius CODING School in October 2019. Rasa also completed the PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training at IT ProTraining mokymo centras in November 2011.
