Julio Laborin is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development, implementation, training, and customer support. Currently, Julio serves as the IT Director at Sistemas Perseo while also holding the position of Senior Software Engineer since February 1995. Additionally, Julio has worked as a Customer Support Manager and Software Developer at SIASA, gaining proficiency in Visual FoxPro and familiarity with VB.NET, C#, ODBC, ADO, OOP, and SQL Server. Julio earned a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Juárez between 1989 and 1993.
