Sacha Karati currently serves as Responsable service immobilier and Responsable service technique du service immobilier at ECA - Etablissement Cantonal d'Assurance du Canton de Vaud since September 2022. Sacha has been involved with procure.ch as an Enseignant du brevet fédéral de spécialiste marchés publics since August 2021, and contributes to SIA Vaud as an Intervenant du cours "Les marchés publics de services dans le domaine de la construction" and a committee member responsible for public procurement since February 2018. Between 2012 and August 2023, Sacha was an Associé at paterr sàrl, specializing in architecture and urbanism with expertise in public procurement. Prior experience includes roles as an Architecte technique/Chef de projet at MWA sàrl (2007-2012) and Architecte projet at Devanthéry & Lamunière (2002-2007). Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture from EPFL, a DEA in Urban Studies from the University of Geneva, and ongoing studies towards a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Sustainable Constructions at HES-SO Haute école spécialisée de Suisse occidentale.
