Franco Nicoletti is an experienced operations analyst currently working at SIA Interactive since July 2023, focusing on customer order management, problem resolution, incident monitoring, and support. Prior to this role, Franco served as a Help Desk technician at Galeno from October 2022 to October 2023, where responsibilities included managing calls and emails, remote technical support, incident resolution, and case reporting using Jira and Microsoft 365. Franco holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata, obtained in March 2023, and has completed a Backend Developer program at Puerta 18 and is currently pursuing Frontend Development studies at Coderhouse since January 2022.
