Kara Howard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, community building, and financial analysis. As the Founder of SI<3>, Kara advocates for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the tech industry and unifies women in emerging tech communities. Previously, as Managing Director at The Feminine Intelligence, Kara co-led a community focused on science, wellness, and technology, while also creating an empowerment initiative called FeelTank. Kara has held significant roles in growth and partnerships at CleverTap, where engagement strategies were developed during the company's U.S. launch, and as Los Angeles Chapter Lead for the Vinetta Project, an organization that connects female founders to investors. With a background in marketing, finance, and integrative therapy, and holding an MBA from NYU Stern and a degree in Personal Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Kara combines a passion for women in tech with a rich professional history.
