Isabelle Rapenne-Jacob has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Isabelle started their career as an Analytical Lab member in the Home and Personal Care Division at Ciba Specialty Chemicals in 1997. Isabelle then served as a Group Leader and Quality Manager for the Application Lab in the Lubricant Additives division. During their time at Ciba Specialty Chemicals, Isabelle also worked as an Application Specialist for Flame Retardants, where they played a crucial role in promoting a new halogen-free flame retardant. Isabelle later became a Product Range Manager for Specialities and represented Ciba in European industry associations.

In 2009, Isabelle joined BASF as a Global Product Manager for EV/BP, Niche Antioxidants, where they focused on strategy development and continuous product optimization. Isabelle also handled crisis management after the earthquake in Japan in 2011.

Isabelle transitioned to Addivant in 2014, where they initially held the role of Global Business Manager for Specialty Antioxidants and UV Stabilizers. Later, they advanced to the position of Global Business Unit Director, responsible for leading the Specialty Antioxidants and Stabilizers business unit.

Currently, Isabelle serves as the Senior Director of Product Management for Chemical Precursors at SI Group. Their responsibilities include ensuring product line profitability, business development, and asset management. Isabelle also manages the product portfolio based on market and regulatory constraints, oversees pricing strategies, and optimizes costs.

Throughout their career, Isabelle Rapenne-Jacob has demonstrated expertise in product management, business development, optimization strategies, crisis management, and regulatory compliance.

Isabelle Rapenne-Jacob obtained a Master of Science degree in Physical Chemistry from Université de Haute Alsace in 1996. Isabelle later pursued a DEA in Physical Chemistry from the same university, completing it in 1997. Isabelle also attended INSEAD, where they completed the Finance for executives program in 2018.
