Andrelino Costa Filho has over 35 years of work experience in various managerial roles. Andrelino started their career with Cofap in 1984 as a Chefe de Produção and worked there for over 11 years. Andrelino then joined Ecil Met Tec in 1995 as a Gerente Comercial and stayed with the company for 12 years. In 2008, they joined SI Group Crios as a Business Manager and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are the Sales Director for South America at SI Group.

Andrelino Costa Filho earned a degree in Law, specifically "Bacharel em Direito," from Faculdade de Direito de Sorocaba, between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, specifically "Engenheiro Metalurgista," from FEI, between 1976 and 1980.
