Naomi van Nederpelt has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to present. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Promotor for The Sales Unit. In 2014, they worked as a Project team member for Gemeente Rotterdam, a Recruitment Consultant and Senior Recruitment Consultant for Randstad, and went backpacking in Asia for World Trip. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Field Manager / Talent Coach for Masters in Finance B.V. and from 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Team Lead Talent Acquisition for Shypple.

Naomi van Nederpelt attended Montessori Lyceum from 2002 to 2007 and obtained their HAVO diploma. From 2007 to 2013, they attended Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Sport Marketing & Management. In 2015, they obtained a SEU-diploma (Stichting Examens Uitzendbranche) and in 2019, they obtained a Career Coaching certification from ICM opleidingen & trainingen.
