Affan Sabir has worked for three companies since 2016. Affan began their career at Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam as a Teaching Assistant IT in 2016. In 2017, they joined IDEXX as a Credit Control & Collection Intern. In 2018, they moved to Shypple, where they have held the roles of Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Information Analyst, and Analyst Intern.

Affan Sabir has an extensive education history. Affan completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University between 2015 and 2018. Affan then attended the University of Amsterdam from 2022 to 2023, where they earned an Executive Masters in Management Studies - Digital Business. Prior to that, Affan attended St Mary's Catholic High School from 2011 to 2015. Additionally, Affan has obtained certifications in Digital Product Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2021, Agile Development from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2021, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)® from the Project Management Institute in 2020.
